At the Guelph General Hospital on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, Marlene Donna (Gibbons) Heibein at the age of 69 years. Beloved wife of John Heibein. Dear mother of Mary Heibein and Dan Lake of Guelph and Mike and Karen Heibein of Moffat. Proud Grandma of Will Heibein. Sadly missed by her brothers and sisters in law, Ian and Anne-Louise Gibbons of Greenock; Winston and Diane Gibbons of Goderich; Wayne and Doris Gibbons of Lucknow; Lionel and Sue Gibbons, Brian and Mayme Gibbons, and her sister and brother in law, Helen and Jim Sleightholm all of Wingham. Predeceased by her parents, Leola (Wraith) 1991 and George Gibbons 2008 and her brother, Merril in 1941. Marlene was retired from Imperial Tobacco. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior.
